Since 2011, I’ve tapped into the world of yoga. This was my outlet in the military and after sustaining different injuries and trauma from my active military service. Modern medicine didn't produce my ideal rehabilitation result. Yoga is what brought me back to life. To find me and love the new me of today. Specializing in gentle yoga to maintain an active lifestyle while suffering from traumatic brain injury, fibromyalgia and chronic pain.
Based out of Portland but available to anyone looking to discover the yogi way.
